Apparently, if you are a bagel fiend, the answer is yes! The Brooklyn Water Bagel Co., which uses Brooklynized water in all its food, beverage and bakery products, is on a mission to 'Brooklynize' the nation.
Using its Brooklynized™ water, Brooklyn Water Bagel claims to revolutionize the bagel-making process from start to finish. Using its proprietary water technology, the company can produce authentic New York bagels anywhere in the world. Brooklyn Water Bagel motto: “It’s all about the water!”
Brooklyn Water Bagels are made using an old-world artisan recipe then boiled in the Brooklynized water and baked fresh daily onsite.
Besides freshly baked bagels, the made-to-order menu at Brooklyn Water Bagel includes other New York favorites like 3-egg breakfast sandwiches, over-stuffed bagelwiches, deli classics, melts and wraps. Beverages include the restaurant’s signature Iced Coffee Cubsta, featuring ice cubes made completely out of coffee, and traditional egg creams.

Florida-based Brooklyn Water Bagel launched its first restaurant in 2009, and currently has locations as far afield as Boston and L.A. (although not in Brooklyn).
